:: STRUCTURE OF THE OFFICE

Naturally, our Office is structured. The structure in place has proven to be a reliable guide over our thirty two years in operation and continues to steer our endeavours today.

• The legal director and founder of the Office is Mr. Esteban Ceca Magán.

He heads a structure which has been subject to close examination, and furthermore mirrors the experience, knowledge and dedication of our lawyers. We have a series of partners, senior attorneys, associate lawyers, junior attorneys and trainees, who relentlessly strive to perfect their skills.
 

Moreover, our Office has signed up to agreements with:

• The General Board of the Judiciary
• Universidad San Pablo – CEU, a private university
• Carlos III University of Madrid
• ICADE, another private university
• Other teaching bodies

Under such agreements, we are able to handpick lawyers from the new generations, ahead of numerous other Offices, to join Ceca Magán Abogados in due course.

Moreover, Ceca Magán Abogados has worked in partnership with the General Board of the Judiciary since the system for training aspiring judges was introduced in 1996. With the public sector examinations and Judicial School behind them, they round off their training with an insight into the operational structure of a crafted Law Firm, prior to service as a judge.

Since, at the base, we approach law and any arising legal issues as a craft.
