:: NO SUBCONTRACTING, NO EXTERNAL COLLABORATIONS
The concealed practice of subcontracting services to third parties is fairly generalised throughout the Spanish legal profession. Not only do we consider it to be deceiving the trust placed, on a personal basis, in certain Offices or legal practitioners, but furthermore as making fiction of any real attempt at assessing an Office's expertise, its number of attorneys, services and structure, territorial extension, in short, its true technical dimension.
As mentioned, the multiple channels for subcontracting, which can take the form of empty legal associations or collaborations reduced to mere client exchanges at territorial level, give rise to a lamentable lack of homogeneity and coordination in the legal advice offered and even woolly mutual, reciprocal knowledge on the part of the lawyers providing the service.
On no occasion has Ceca Magán Abogados collaborated with any other Office, or subcontracted services to anyone. Moreover, our clients will never be assisted by a lawyer who does not belong to our Office, nor could the circumstance arise.
